Hello Reader 💕🌸
Hi everyone! What a wild week of winter weather—our corner of Kansas dodged the worst with just a 6" snowfall and no outages, giving me the perfect excuse to stay in and crochet. Sending prayers, big hugs and warm thoughts to our friends in hard-hit parts of Tennessee still working through power restoration and storm cleanup after that historic ice event. Stay safe out there!
To chase away those cold-weather blues, I'm so excited to drop my brand new Posh Panache Oversized Tote Bag pattern this weekend!
This chunky granny square tote works up fast with bulky yarn and adds that extra touch of luxury with faux fur yarn details—it's such a fun, easy project that feels instantly cozy. I even created a fresh video tutorial walking through every step of the special Cluster V-Stitch granny square used in the bag (perfect if the matching Posh Panache Bucket Hat gave you any trouble!).
And if you grab the ad-free PDF—it includes an exclusive stitch diagram for the square too. Heads up: I've got another super-soft, ultra-warm hooded design coming to the blog very soon. I’m obsessed with how cozy it turned out, and I know you will be too!
Stay safe and happy crocheting!

Nana's News All the latest (and greatest!) from Nana Hello Reader 💕🌸 Happy Valentine's Day weekend, friends! We usually keep things low-key at home on February 14th and this year, I'm whipping up my husband's all-time favorite—steak and potatoes—and we'll probably cozy up with one of my go-to romantic movies: Return to Me. (Bonus: he actually likes this one too—rare win for a "girl movie" in our house!) My brother and his wife are celebrating their 25th anniversary with a special dinner this...
Nana's News All the latest (and greatest!) from Nana Hello Reader 💕🌸 We're hunkered down for the big winter storm this weekend, but thankfully Kansas is only getting snow showers—no dreaded ice like so many areas are facing. It'll be brutally cold here but fingers crossed for no power outages. The perfect excuse to snuggle in and crochet! These last few days, I've been so grateful for my Mountain Trail Hooded Cowl—it's a lifesaver when taking Loki out in the cold air. It slips on quickly,...
